Email & Account Recovery

If someone has accessed your email, you're locked out, or a business message looks wrong, We can help you work through the next steps.

This service is available to individuals and businesses. We can work alongside your IT support or guide you directly, depending on the account and the access you still have.

Ask about email recovery

Based in Nebraska, with remote assistance available. Scope, fees, and response expectations are agreed before work starts. Recovery cannot be guaranteed.

Help with the accounts you use

Recovery work can cover email, identity, and connected accounts you own or are authorized to manage. That includes personal accounts and business systems such as Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. The provider's recovery options and the access available determine what we can do.

  1. Understand the access problem

Identify affected accounts, whether you can still sign in, available recovery paths, and any signs that business messages or connected accounts may also be affected.

  2. Contain access and work through recovery

Depending on the provider and your authorization, work can include reviewing sign-ins, sessions, forwarding rules, connected apps, recovery settings, and authentication. We can do agreed hands-on work or guide you through the provider's steps.

  3. Record what changed

You'll have a record of the work completed, any requests still with the provider, and the remaining account-protection steps. For businesses, that may include account ownership, recovery methods, and checks for unusual payment requests.

When email becomes a business problem

Business email compromise (BEC) can involve an intruder in a real inbox or a sender impersonating someone you trust. A changed invoice, unexpected payment instruction, or suspicious message deserves a separate check before anyone acts on it.

We help establish what is known and scope the account work. If money may have been sent to the wrong place, contact your bank or payment provider promptly using a trusted number. Do not wait for an inquiry response. Preserve relevant records privately; do not forward raw evidence in the first email.

This service does not include a standing monitoring service, guaranteed fund recovery, or a promise to bypass a provider's ownership checks. Wider incidents may need your insurer, legal adviser, or a specialist response team.

Before you get in touch

Do I need a particular email provider or IT setup?

No. We work with individuals and businesses across different providers and account setups, whether you have IT support or are handling this yourself. Available recovery options depend on the provider, your authorization, and the access you still have.

Do you do the recovery work or just explain it?

Both are possible. We agree on authorized hands-on containment and recovery assistance, guided steps you complete with the provider, or a combination. Ownership, access, responsibilities, scope, and fees are settled before work begins.

Can you guarantee access to a hacked or locked account?

No. Providers control their recovery and ownership checks. We cannot bypass those checks, promise restoration, or guarantee recovery of messages, money, or other data. We only help with accounts you own or are authorized to manage.

Can you help with business email compromise?

Yes, within an agreed scope. Business email compromise, or BEC, may involve a compromised inbox or an impersonated sender requesting money or sensitive information. We can help review what is known, contain authorized account access, and plan next steps. Legal advice, formal forensic work, and insurer requirements may need other specialists.

Is this a 24/7 emergency response service?

No. Availability and response expectations are agreed directly. Sending an inquiry does not begin an engagement or guarantee an immediate response. If a payment may have been diverted, contact your bank or payment provider promptly through a trusted channel rather than waiting for our reply.

Get in touch safely

Use an email address you can safely access. Tell us the provider, whether you can still sign in, and whether this affects you personally or a business. No passwords, verification codes, recovery codes, or raw incident evidence. We agree a suitable way to share necessary details after scope is clear.
